I have 2 bearded dragons

Ok so I bought 2 baby bearded dragons one is active all the time but eats very little and is a bit smaller, the other is fater and lazy but eats a lot is there something wrong here..... N I don't think it's that dominance thing cuz the little ones always on top of the other.

I would separate the dragons into their own cage.
It is probably a dominance thing. There can be dominance without fighting, -the little one is probably intimidated by the larger dragon and because of this is fearfull to eat as much food as he wants.
